On June 5, 2023, a Korean delegation from Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) led by Prof. Nam-Gyu Park (Director of SKKU Institute of Energy Science and Technology) visited ICR. The 1st Kyoto-SKKU Workshop was held in collaboration with Prof. Wakamiya’s laboratory (Molecular Aggregation Analysis). At the opening of the workshop, Institute of Energy Science and Technology, SKKU and ICR, Kyoto University (Director, Prof. Takashi Aoyama) signed a MOU to promote interdepartmental academic exchange. In this workshop, 12 lectures were given by the researchers from SKKU and the domestic collaborators, regarding the cutting-edge research on perovskite solar cells, which is supported by ICR International Joint Usage/ Research Center (iJURC). During the workshop, the delegation was then taken on a tour of Prof. Kanemitsu’s lab (Nanophotonics). This on-site workshop gave a significant opportunity to exchange of opinions for future joint research.

Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with Foreign Institutions
