On March 15, 2024, ICR and the i-Center for Advanced Science and Technology (iCAST), National Chung Hsing University in Taiwan signed a MOU (Memorandum of Understanding), with the aim of broadly cooperating and contributing to the promotion of research for both parties.

The iCAST is a research center focusing on the development of nanotechnology based on chemistry and physics, which is relevant to many research fields in the ICR. The contents of the agreement encompass a wide range of activities, including student exchanges, faculty and researcher exchanges, joint research, and symposia and seminars. Further promotion of research is expected in fields such as polymer science, environmental chemistry, and physics.
