On October 2, 2026, three representatives from TU Wien — Prof. Peter ERTL (Vice Rector Research, Innovation and International Affairs), Dr. Markus SCHWEIGER (Head, International Relations and Global Affairs) and Dr. Iris MACH (Head, Japan Austria Science Exchange Center) — visited ICR, Kyoto University. Following an introduction to ICR by Director, Prof. SHIMAKAWA, Yuichi and introductions to TU Wien and the Austrian-Japanese Science Exchange Center by the visiting delegation, Prof. IMANISHI, Miki guided them on a tour of Imanishi Laboratory.
